The Dalton Group at RE/MAX West is a team of realtors
dedicated to our clients' best interests. Having a reliable, friendly

residential, commercial and investment properties, and are extremely
proficient in getting the deal closed. We are all full-time real estate
agents, which means that every day we are going to be working our

Commissions
We at the Dalton Group take an average of 3% per transaction. Some real
estate agents take a smaller commission, but the Dalton Group's
attention to every detail and desire to please our clients means that
those who employ us will see the full benefits of that 3%.
If a client lists their property with us, they can expect to see that
property in ads, the newspaper, on our website and in the Multiple
Listing Service (MLS). We know that marketing a property is the key to
getting it sold, and we stand behind our track record of excellent
performance. Not only should that client expect to see their home
advertised publicly, but they will also notice that we will advertise
their home to our circles of influence as well. Our friends, family and
co-workers will be notified of our client's home for sale.
If a client is looking for a property to purchase, they can expect to
receive first-class service, which starts with The Dalton Group using
its resources to find as many properties as we can for our clients, that
meet their criteria. Once this is done, a member of the group will send
all of that information to our client, and then personally show these
properties to our client. Once a property is found, our team will
negotiate as low a price as possible for our clients, getting them the
price they feel is best.

located in Malibu, CA. His degree in International Management and minor
in Spanish give him a conceptual outlook and influence to the team. He
